Chilman Fire & Security have recently completed the Fire and Security fit out for the redevelopment of 6 Brewhouse yard building.
6 Brewhouse Yard is flagship building for Hogarth WW. We were responsible for Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Disabled Refuge modifications to the new layout of the building.

The largest element of the project was migrating the Access Control system to a Vanderbilt ActPro system. The clients wanted all staff to be able use a single card for all their London locations. This meant the card Readers and cards were to be kept from the exiting system and we provided dual technology cards (Mifare & TDSI) allowing for multiple location access.
As part of the installation the client was keen for our devices to fit into the modern aesthetic. We provided all black Smoke/Heat detectors and CCTV cameras to fit this. In the offices we were able to install white protection to fit into the much lighter aesthetic.
We were able to provide our clients a highly functional access system that supported their other sites. We were also able to design an install Fire Alarm and CCTV system that fit into the clients modern, high end aesthetic.
Following the installation, we’ve been requested to quote for a 330,000 sq ft Shoot studio complex as the preferred security provider
