Devon resident, Nick Furneaux, set out to create a thoughtfully designed home that met the unique needs of his family. Central to the design was a dedicated living space for his 20-year-old daughter, who is living with a disability, providing her with both independence and safety.  

Chilman Fire & Security have recently completed the Fire and Security fit out for the redevelopment of  6 Brewhouse yard building. 6 Brewhouse Yard is flagship building for Hogarth WW. We were responsible for Fire Alarm, CCTV, Access Control and Disabled Refuge modifications to the new layout of the building.

Chilman Fire and Security have taken over the Fire Alarm and PAVA servicing at the Imperial War Museum, Churchill War Rooms and HMS Belfast    Three very prestigious sites, with dated equipment when we took over the sites. We've worked with OCS to upgrade the equipment on site.

Chilman Fire & Security have recently completed the Disabled Refuge and Emergency at SOAS University London  We were instructed to centralise the disabled refuge system across all five buildings to the security hub. We were also instructed to update all Emergency Lighting to LED. 

CHILMAN have recently finished the installation of an Automist Fixed head system for two Tree Houses. This was the third installation CHILMAN have carried out for Bower House Construction.

Chilman have recently finished installing an automist system in to a development in Fowey, Cornwall. The Automist system was installed to enable the client to have the open plan living arrangement which would mean a fantastic review of Fowey from the balcony windows.
